We ship most Canadian orders with Canada Post, but some may go by courier. If you have a special request, just let us know. We’re happy to help!

International orders are shipped via Canada Post (Small Packet - International Air).

Need a different shipping option? Contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, another item of equal value, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following conditions to our return and exchange policy:

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Each of our orders is shipped with tracking via Canada Post or USPS. Once shipped, this information is provided to the customer. Please note that we only have only access to the same tracking information that is provided by the post office. A package will be deemed lost after 30 days of the last tracking update. A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
