Refund & Returns Policy

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, another item of equal value, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following conditions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must be in new condition
  • Gift cards cannot be returned once purchased

    • Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us first. To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Please contact us by email at info@diamondart.ca or call us at (289) 203-4771
  • Itemize the product(s) you wish to return or exchange from your order
  • Return your product by mail or courier to DiamondArt.ca
  • Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs

    • When shipping items back, the customer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 days after product's return

    Each of our orders is shipped with tracking via Canada Post or USPS. Once shipped, this information is provided to the customer. Please note that we only have only access to the same tracking information that is provided by the post office. A package will be deemed lost after 30 days of the last tracking update. A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    Description

    Four-piece wooden frame. These pieces fit together to create one frame. 

    The frame is made of light-weight balsa wood. It can be painted. 

    The frame does not EXACTLY fit a diamond painting - a small portion of canvas will still be showing on each side. We suggest painting the surrounding canvas black or the colour of your frame. You may attach diamond painting to the frame with push pins or using a staple gun.
