Important Information Before You Register for a Wholesale Account

Minimum Order Requirement
Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of $250 CAD (before tax and shipping).

Retail-Ready Packaging
All products come in packaging designed for retail environments. Each kit is boxed and clearly labeled with a product sticker, making display and inventory easy.

Bilingual Instructions Included
Every product includes step-by-step instructions in both English and French, making them suitable for customers across Canada.

Wholesale Pricing
Once approved, you’ll gain access to exclusive wholesale pricing across a wide range of diamond painting kits and accessories.

Processing Time
Applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email once your account is approved and ready to use.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions do not apply to wholesale orders.

Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. At this time, we do not offer net terms or invoicing.

Eligibility
Our wholesale program is available to brick-and-mortar stores. You must provide valid business details when applying.

Resale Guidelines
Products may not be resold on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon or Etsy) without prior written approval.
