Refunds & Returns Policy
At DiamondArt.ca, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. You can choose store credit, an exchange for another item of equal value, or a refund to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
- Discounted, clearance, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Please contact us before sending anything back. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Shipping
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- For exchanges, the customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item (we’ll invoice/charge this before sending the new item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We aren’t responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at info@diamondart.ca or (888) 236-0813 with your order number.
- Tell us which item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Ship your item to the return address provided by our team.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Late Packages
All orders ship with tracking via Canada Post or Sendle. Tracking details are provided once shipped, and we have access to the same tracking information you see.
A package is considered lost if there is no tracking update for 30 consecutive days. At that time, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
