At DiamondArt.ca, we’re committed to getting your sparkly creations to you as quickly and affordably as possible. We use a variety of shipping methods depending on your location and the most cost-effective option available.

🍁 Shipping Within Canada

Orders within Canada are shipped using Canada Post or reputable courier services. We choose the best option based on shipping costs and delivery times. All Canadian shipments include tracking unless otherwise noted (e.g., items sent by Lettermail).

🗽 Shipping to the United States

For U.S. orders, we ship via Canada Post. Most shipments include tracking unless otherwise stated. Please note that any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

🌎 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping through Chit Chats. All international shipments include tracking unless specified otherwise. Customers are responsible for any customs, duty fees, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery.

📦 Tracking Information

All orders (unless sent by Lettermail) will include a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
