Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel). Please contact us if you require a different level of shipping. Customer will be emailed tracking number once shipped.

USA orders are shipped via USPS (First Class Mail). Please contact us if you require a different level of shipping. Customer will be emailed tracking number once shipped.

International orders are shipped via Asendia (International Priority Tracked). Please contact us if you require a different level of shipping. Customer will be emailed tracking number once shipped.>

Refund & Returns Policy

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, another item of equal value, or a refund to the original payment method.

Each of our orders is shipped with tracking via Canada Post or USPS. Once shipped, this information is provided to the customer. Please note that we only have only access to the same tracking information that is provided by the post office. A package will be deemed lost after 30 days of the last tracking update. A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
